2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, your browser transmits technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) that is processed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Purchases

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the data needed for payment, tax and invoicing; see the Paddle Privacy Notice. Paddle shares your name, email address, country and the products purchased with us so that we can deliver and personalise your guides and provide support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you request the free chapter or a release notification, we process your email address to send it to you. Newsletter-style emails are only sent if you opt in, with a confirmation email (double opt-in), and you can unsubscribe at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Provider: [to be added].

6. Cookies and local storage

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Contact us at info@atplperformance.com.

9. Retention

We keep order data as long as required by law and for providing updates to your guides; mailing-list data until you unsubscribe.
