Terms of Sale & Licence

1. Who you buy from
All orders on atplperformance.com are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is concluded with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle handles payment, VAT, invoicing and refunds. The guides themselves are created and licensed by Patrikation LLC (“we”).
2. Products and delivery
The guides are digital content in PDF format. After successful payment you receive an email with download links. Each copy is personalised with the buyer's name and/or email address.
3. Licence
With your purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own study. You may store it on your own devices and print it for personal use. You may not share, resell, upload or otherwise make the guide or parts of it available to others, or use it for commercial training without our written permission.
4. Updates
If we publish a corrected or revised edition of a guide you have bought, you may download it free of charge.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give both at checkout. See Refunds & withdrawal.
6. Content and liability
We prepare the guides with great care, but they are study aids and may contain errors or become outdated when regulations change. They do not replace official sources. We do not guarantee exam results. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
